Before you start
- Please submit your return request within 30 days of delivery
- Items should be unused, unassembled and in original packaging
- Once your request is submitted, we’ll confirm the next steps by email
- Refunds are processed after items are returned and checked

We provide detailed product information, measurements and imagery to help you choose with confidence.
If an item is no longer required, not suitable, or doesn’t fit your space, this is classed as a
change-of-mind return, and return delivery costs apply as outlined above.
If something arrives damaged or faulty
- Submit a return request and include photos where requested
- We’ll review everything quickly and confirm the next steps
- If approved, we’ll arrange collection and cover the cost

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items are received and checked.
