Please note the following cut off times for receipt or orders and despatching of orders for Christmas and the new year.
Last date of despatch for small to medium items sent with DPD
Orders received up until Tuesday 21st December will be despatched as normal with our small parcels courier, DPD to arrive before Christmas Day.
Last date of despatch for medium to large items sent with our pallet courier partner, or 2 person delivery service.
Orders received up until Sunday 19th December will be despatched as normal to arrive no later than Thursday 23rd December to most UK mainland locations. Scottish Highlands and Islands orders will need to be received no later than Wednesday 15th December.
Please note the following specific considerations for certain medium to large items:
- Engraved Benches – Due to a full pre and post-Christmas schedule all orders received for engraved benches will be scheduled for despatch from 21st January 2022 onward, depending upon on the quantity of orders received.
- Live Edge Tables and Benches – Due to preparation time required for these items all orders requiring delivery on or before 23rd December must be received no later than Wednesday 15th December.
- Teak Root Tables and Coffee Tables – Some glass for certain table sizes remain in stock along with the teak root bases for pre-Christmas delivery. All orders requiring delivery on or before 23rd December should be received no later than Thursday 16th December. Any tables requiring glass to be ordered with our UK supplier will be subject to a lead-time which currently would enable delivery at the end of January 2022.
Order Despatch over Christmas
Due to closure of our warehouse and showroom so that our teams can have a Christmas break no orders will be despatched between Wednesday 22nd December 2021 and Tuesday 4th January 2022. Any orders received during this period will be despatched from Tuesday 4th January onwards with the order to delivery times stated for each product applying from this date.
Customer Email and Phone Support over Christmas
Our team will be available to support customers via phone and email 20th – 24th December, 30th-31st December and then 4th January onwards. Please note that responses to queries may take a little longer than normal between Christmas and new year whilst we operate using a reduced team.
Showroom Opening
Our showroom will be closed 20th Dec until 4th Jan 2022. If you wish to visit the showroom 22nd-24th Dec then please contact the team who will try to assist.
