Your use of the website and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to our intellectual property rights, or that of third parties, in the website or its contents. By submitting information (other than your personal data), text, photos, product reviews, graphics or other content to the website you confirm that you have the right to use the same and grant us a right to use such materials at our own discretion (with or without accreditation) in any media including, without limitation, to edit, copy, reproduce, disclose, post and remove such materials from the website.

 

OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU
We shall accept our order and enter into an agreement with you once we have received payment and/or the goods have been dispatched, whichever is the later. In relation to orders where you can pre-order, shown as “available from”, Payment will be taken in advance. In the event the goods cannot be dispatched due to unavailability we shall issue a full refund as soon as reasonably possible.

 

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
(1) Payment shall be made by you for all monies owed to us in respect of orders placed on this Website (“Payment”).

(2) Payment shall be made on order and is acceptable by  all major credit and debit cards: (Switch, MasterCard, Visa).

(3) Promotions may vary and will apply at the time of order.

 

CANCELLATIONS
(1) In certain circumstances, and in accordance with your legal rights when you order online, you may have the right to withdraw from the agreement with us without penalty and without the need to give us any reason, at any time during a period of fourteen (14) working which in the case of goods shall begin from the day after the day of receipt of the goods by you and in the case of services, from the day after the day of conclusion of the agreement.

(2) We agree to reimburse you, free of charge, within 30 days of receipt of the goods/cancellation of the services, the purchase price you paid for the goods or services, although we do reserve the right to charge you for the cost of returning any goods (which shall be by deduction from the purchase price and notified to you at the time of cancellation).

(3) This right of withdrawal shall not apply, in any event, in the following circumstances:

(i) to services if performance of the agreement has begun with your acceptance, before the end of the fourteen (14) working day period;

(ii) or  to any goods made to your specification or personalised at your request i.e. bespoke goods.

 

Once you have taken delivery of your goods, we will only give refunds in accordance with your legal rights, for example, if the goods are not fit for purpose or as described or are faulty.

 

PRODUCT AND SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS
We have taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted on the Website are correct and that all products have been fairly described. However, when ordering products or services through the Website, please note that:

orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or services or their prices as advertised on this Website;
all prices are displayed in pounds Sterling inclusive of UK VAT
the weights, dimensions and capacities shown on the Website are approximate only;
whilst we try to display the colours of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery;
all items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) or service(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer alternative product(s) or service(s) of equal or higher quality and value.

RULES FOR SUBMISSIONS OF PRODUCT REVIEWS
You must be 18 years of age or older and registered to post a product review. Suppliers or manufacturers are not eligible to post a product review.

Delivery to a single UK mainland location is included. Delivery to all other locations including; Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland may be subject to additional charge and Field & Hawken will contact the customer regarding this once an order has been placed.

All items are shipped from a UK warehouse via courier partners and using trackable consignments to enable delivery day ETA provision. Customers will be able to liaise with the courier partner to make delivery arrangements. The order will typically be shipped in a single consignment on a pallet to provide protection during transit and delivered to kerbside only to the delivery address provided. The courier partner is not obliged to take the pallet away following delivery. Deliveries are made Mon-Fri (excl. bank holidays). If there are any special delivery arrangements or considerations then Field & Hawken should be advised of these within 24 hours of an order being placed.
