Owing to global shipping challenges arrival of our teak garden furniture and cushions is delayed but moving and we are pleased to provide customers with expected arrival dates for a range of our products. Please check the individual product listings for expected dates of the item to be in our warehouse. Despatch to customers will occur as soon after this date as possible and you will receive a despatch confirmation to be notified of this.
The great news is that our parasols have already arrived and our cushions will begin to arrive in the next 10 working days with teak starting to come into stock from mid May onwards.
If the product listing does not include a pre-order notification and stock arrival date then it means that it is in stock and available to be despatched (E.g. parasols).
We are managing pre-order quantities carefully so that customers are provided with realistic information and availability status. This may mean that items may not appear on our website whilst we work with our suppliers and shippers to update availability and arrival dates. Until the stock is in our warehouse we are not in control of the dates and therefore all dates provided are based upon the latest information that we have from our shipping partners who we are in regular contact with. However this does mean that factors outside of our control may change these dates. If this occurs we will try our best to inform all customers as soon as we can.
